LOTS of prep went into this room that was home to a side by side washer and dryer which was stacked and cabinets added for storage. Functionable and beautiful!

Here's a sunroom we freshened up

Popcorn stipple... was it ever pretty???

We've lost track of how many ceilings we scraped... applied drywall mud (several coats) to make smooth... added pot lights or updated existing one.  An amazing transformation every time!

A client called to see if a spice cabinet could be added next to her existing pantry... it was determined there was enough room in front of the ducting.  The hole was cut, cabinet door taken to match for new cabinet doors

Hardware was added (after picture taken a bit too soon).  Client super happy with tons of room for all her spices!

Adding rollout shelving/drawers to cabinets

makes easy access to everything!

Leaky Tired Corner Shower Unit

The first 3 pictures show the shower as it was.  We carefully took it apart, saving the doors.  The walls were repaired, sealed and tiled with Subway tiles including putting in 2 corner shelves.  The taps, shower head and doors were reinstalled.  In a couple of days they had a like brand new shower!

Two wall ovens that were old and tired...

Both ovens were removed and a new wall oven installed.  A drawer was built to fill in the hole and stained as close to the existing cupboards as possible.  Thanksgiving dinner was looking like take out... but the day was saved (the turkey gave his life) and a great meal enjoyed by family!

Hurting House

This house was in rough shape before we started...

Hurting to Healthy...

New kitchen cabinets including granite counter tops, 2 new bathrooms, refinished the hardwood and replaced all the carpet, paint job, new doors and trim including baseboards, new light fixtures, new exterior doors (yes this is the same house in above photos)

Kitchen Floor Grout Fix Project

The grout in this tiled floor had missing chunks and was not staying where it was intended; also there was a couple of cracked tiles.  We cleaned all the grout out and replaced the broken tiles.  Voila!  A brand new floor!

The Condo that needed some TLC...

The unit had been rented for over 10 years; the owners chose to reno it for resale.

The Condo AFTER some TLC...

All new flooring, paint, doors & hardware, trim, light fixtures, back splash, painted the cabinets, granite counter tops, new appliances, new tiled tub surround and taps, refinished the tub.  The condo sold making a profit.

New Laminate

Out with the old... in with the new!

This floor had ceramic tiles with wide jagged grout lines.  We leveled the floor and installed vinyl tiles on top.  Super happy wife!
